It funny how 1 1/2 year have past in a blink of an eye, yet so much has changed. He used to be as heavy as me and a little scrawny. Always building up muscles on his tiny 1.69m, medium frame.
8kg is like a miracle.
He used to be a super picky eater. Avoiding all sort of sugary, salted, oily foods. Now he eats practically anything that is served on the plate. YAY. #MissionAccomplished Having a wide variety of food intake is very beneficial. However moderation is the key to a healthy lifestyle. Though having to build up a stronger immune system takes a while.
All I need is some patience and time.
Vitamins are very important too. Make sure to drink lots of fluids! Avoid any fizzy drinks, they cause diabetes.
